ZILLION\u2019S PRIVATE COMPANY (the \u201cCompany\u201d)<\/b><\/h5>\n

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and its Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

Data are collected for the purposes of order execution, user support, and sending notifications, with full respect for users\u2019 rights (Articles 12\u201323 GDPR).<\/p>\n

APPLICATION (APP) TERMS OF USE<\/b><\/h3>\n
ZILLION\u2019S PRIVATE COMPANY (the \u201cCompany\u201d)<\/b><\/b><\/h5>\n

1. General<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

This mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d) is provided by\u00a0ZILLION\u2019S P.C.<\/b>\u00a0(Dionysou 69, Kifissia, VAT No. 998967752). Use of the App is permitted only for individuals over 18 years of age or minors with parental consent. Installation and use constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n

2. Use and Access<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

Users are responsible for the security of their access credentials. Any unauthorized use or data loss is solely the user\u2019s responsibility unless the Company is promptly notified in writing.<\/p>\n

3. Orders & Payments<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

Orders placed through the App constitute distance contracts. The Company may cancel orders in cases of shortages, technical errors, or force majeure.<\/p>\n

Payments are made via debit or credit cards through Viva\u2019s payment system.<\/p>\n

The process of placing an order through the App includes the following steps:<\/p>\n

\u0391) For non-registered users (anonymous users):<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

A.1 Submitting an order requires activating the \u201cSend Order\u201d button located on the app\u2019s cart screen.<\/p>\n

A.2 Unconditional acceptance (\u201cI accept\u201d) of the sales contract terms and these Terms of Use, which the user has been previously informed of. The distance sales contract is concluded upon the consumer\u2019s acceptance by law.<\/p>\n

B) For registered users:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

B.1 Account creation process<\/p>\n

The user must complete the registration form (mobile phone, full name, email) and unconditionally accept the sales contract terms and these Terms of Use, which they have been informed of during account creation. Account creation is optional and does not need to be repeated for future orders.<\/p>\n

B.2 Submitting an order requires activating the \u201cSend Order\u201d button located on the app\u2019s cart screen.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the above order submission steps, the Company immediately confirms to the consumer the conclusion of the distance contract by sending a copy of the order via email (which can be saved).<\/p>\n

Submitting an order automatically entails an obligation to pay.<\/p>\n

Given the lack of human intervention in online order submission and receipt, users must carefully read the Terms of Use before entering their information or order. Specifically:<\/p>\n

(a) Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission.<\/p>\n

(b) The User unconditionally accepts the exclusively electronic delivery of tax documents resulting from orders placed via the App.<\/p>\n

(c) The Company reserves the right to determine preparation and delivery times and to delay during peak hours. The Company may reject or cancel any order without liability, provided that any payment made is refunded.<\/p>\n

(d) It is possible that products included in an order may be found unavailable during order processing at the store. In such cases, the Company has the right to cancel the prepaid order, and the paid amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n

(e) Product offers are valid until updated in the electronic system.<\/p>\n

If a product listing contains any incorrect information (e.g., price, characteristics, etc.) due to a Company error, the Company will promptly correct it and inform users. The Company makes every effort to avoid unintentional errors in the listing of products on its Website and App.<\/p>\n

Beyond these Terms of Use, the provisions of the applicable legislation on distance contracts and electronic commerce apply, even if not expressly stated herein.<\/p>\n

4. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

All content of the App (code, graphics, text, images) is protected by the Company\u2019s intellectual and industrial property rights. Copying or republishing without express permission is prohibited.<\/p>\n

5. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

The App is provided \u201cas is.\u201d The Company does not guarantee continuous or secure operation and is not liable for data loss, viruses, or technical errors.<\/p>\n

6. User Conduct<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

Use of the App for illegal or abusive actions is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block users and initiate legal action.<\/p>\n

7. Amendments to the Terms<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.<\/p>\n

8. Governing Law<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n
